Yes you can
Really good diner. I like going for breakfast. Friendly staff.
Great place. Prices are perfect and the food is yummy. Home style cooking you just can't find anymore.
Best burger and fries around. Great breakfast and friendly service. Plus they serve alcohol, I recommend the cranberry mamosa.
I got the pancakes scramble. With scrambled eggs bacon and sausage and a side of hashbrowns. It’s ok. It’s close to home. But price wise I don’t think it’s any thing special. 6.50+1.50 for the side. Now my boyfriend got a chicken quesadilla. It’s HUGE. Like two calzones side by side huge. Big chunks of chicken. And he says it’s great and he would eat it again! Oh drinks. I got a chocolate milk and he got sprite. Barely any chocolate in my milk. That’s ok I still drank it happily. His sprite came in a can and they gave him a cup with ice. Total bill $24
Small town dive who LACKS DIVERSITY with decent food which didn't all arrive at once. Even tho my waitstaff was Latino, the traditional locals are sure to let POC know of their presence. Was sad to hear my company was 'privileged' to a convo about 'NOT MINGLING' on the way to the restroom from another patron. Included pics of breakfast steak fajitas with hash browns, veggie and cheese omelet with ham and a side of grits. Will not return.
I ordered doordash from Gingers and it was so good. Good prices and the breakfast I got us was huge. I'll definitely will be ordering again.
I think Ginger's Restaurant is my all-time favorite value restaurant. The food is made from scratch and absolutely delicious! The portions are way beyond generous, regardless of what dish you order. The staff is very friendly and attentive. You can't go wrong with anything you order here. Do yourself a favor and check this place out.
Loved it. Food is great. People were really nice.
Awesome cook...I don't think anyone leaves that place hungry. (Home cooked breakfast and lunch menus, with great skillet breakfast fajitas). The restaurant and the little strip shopping center, Woodson Village, kind of dated and run down, but don't let that deter you from trying the food at Gingers..
While the restaurant isn't much to look at, the food is AMAZING! The staff is friendly and efficient. Definitely going back.
Great prices, awesome food, big portions, friendly staff
Great food nice people great. Experience
Great food and Great service at a reasonable price.
I bought the Bacon hamburger and it was delicious. Glad Ginger’s is back!
If you want to leave in a food comma, this is the place to come!!!! Very very satisfying! Large portions at affordable prices. Do not get the double cheese burger unless you are very hungry and have nothing else to do for the rest of the day.
This place has amazing food with a large menu with something for everyone. The employees and service is awesome too!
Excellent breakfast burritos! So good that i've never tried anything else off the menu!
One of the best burgers in Raytown area hands down and great customer service
It's a great family restaurant, the price is low budget. My favorite is the number1. 2pancakes Eggs sausage and potatoes
Great place for breakfast always crowded the great food and it's hot and it's made to order
Love this breakfast and lunch place. Great food and they make you feel like family.
They have amazing food. It's just like I cooked the meal at home!
Staff greeted us as soon as we walked in. I ordered the Ginger's omelet. The portions were large for the cost.
Breakfast and lunch in this popular homestyle restaurant with comfort food served in outsized portions at outrageously reasonable prices keeps them coming back repeatedly. Nothing fancy here but big portions of basic food. Just look at some of the photos to get the idea of scale.
We are regulars here at Gingers. You never leave hungry. The Bacon Burrito is ginormous! It's loaded with eggs, bacon, pico and cheese. They also have a version that includes avocado. My family has been going to Ginger's since we moved to Raytown 4 years ago. It's the go-to place for delicious breakfast and I recommend it to anyone who wants a great meal at great prices.
Our breakfast was really good and the portions are huge. Great service too. They got really busy while we were there and they didn't miss a step. We will definitely be back soon.
My, my my ..... I have never had food as yummy as ginger’s food and the owners are so sweet it feels like everyone knows each other like family!! Couldn’t ask for a better place to eat! Thank you ginger family and friends for all you do! You can taste the love in the food💕🤗 SIMPLY AMAZING!!!
Good was good. Service left a little too be desired.
Absolutely love this hidden little breakfast and lunch diner. We don't go as often as we would like because somehow on off days we just don't make it out of the house in time to get there before the 2 pm closing time. It's absolutely worth the effort though. Great comfort food, friendly staff. Absolutely the best burger in Raytown.
Nice family-owned mostly American cuisine restaurant. Great portion sizes at a very reasonable price. My new favorite breakfast place for sure!!!
Has really gone downhill. Ordered nachos and the chips were burnt, hamburger was in chunks and raw inside. Looked as if the ran out of cheese sauce so they tried to make up with shredded cheese. Best part of the nachos were the jalapenos and the little bit cheese sauce that was in the carton. Sad they just don't care anymore. Seems to have started the downhill spiral little over a year ago. Use to be great food and value but not anymore. Never will return after this experience and last experience.
Ginger's is a nice little local diner in Raytown. Food is generally good, service is attentive and quick for the most part. The menu needs some attention to make it easier to read and, despite the fact that I do drop in there on a semi regular basis, I pretty much get the feeling every time I go there that they've never seen me before. That certainly doesn't mean they treat me badly in any way, just that if I was looking for the place "where everybody knows your name", this would not be it. Overall, however, I do enjoy going there, and expect it will continue to be one of my regular breakfast spots in Raytown.
The waitress was not attentive at all. I ordered 2 eggs to be cooked with the whites done and the yokes runny and got over cooked eggs. Also ordered coffee, water, ham and country potatoes with gravy on the potatoes. I got hash browns with no gravy. A different lady brought out the food and took it back to get the country potatoes with gravy. And said I would get more coffee. I waited on the coffee but it didn’t come. I finally had to ask the cashier for more coffee. The waitress was too busy talking to a man and had been for a while to wait on her other table. Keep in mind when I was there - there were only 5 tables occupied and I saw 3 waitresses. When I was brought my ticket she did tell me to have a nice day but did not ask if I needed anything else and didn’t ask if I would like more coffee or not. I have never had such bad service there before.
Always great food and service!!
This was my first time last week for breakfast. The food was great hot and fresh. Our waitress was super nice and friendly. I will definitely be returning.
Lots of food..good food..not busy on a Sunday after church. Nice Mom & Pop place. Inexpensive and very large portions!
First time to eat lunch at Ginger's, a little out of the Way Cafe serving diner type fare. Service was friendly, attentive and efficient, the food was straight ahead and very , nothing fancy here, yet not a single thing to complain about, and the prices made the meal a real value. I ordered a breakfast plate for lunch, the fried eggs were perfect. I'm a fan now of Ginger's and will make many happy returns! Keep up the great work Ginger's!
Good food priced right with good service.
Good little family restaurant highly recommend
What a gem in the neighborhood! Love their breakfast meals and want to try their other dishes too. Too much good stuff, kids love their meals too. Highly recommend for breakfast!
Staff was very polite but the food was practically inedible. I ordered a burrito full of extremely chewy steak and covered and filled with some kind of thick gritty cheese "cream sauce". Soda was almost out, all they had were a few cans.
Really great neighborhood dinner. Everything I've had there had been great and lots of it.
AWESOME BREAKFAST! AWESOME SERVICE! AWESOME PORTIONS! I would give 10 out of 5 stars! By far the best breakfast in Raytown...we drive by several to go here!
Love there food great service and you get a lot for your money.
it’s the bes t i ever had ,great food, great staff, nice place over all i will come back any time.
Wonderful service. Delicious food and big helpings. Love going there.
Average burger/breakfast jointLarge breakfast (2 eggs, hash browns, 4 slices of bacon, toast) for $7ish.Omelets are almost to big. Avocado burger is huge but 8 dill pickle slices and pico don't taste well together. I did not like the burritos, too much fake cheese and chili.Way better than Denny's or IHOP.Good service
Taco Wednesday. 1.25 chicken or beef. Huge delicious 😋 ate 4 2 chicken 2 beef. Planning on eating there next Wednesday. Hope to see you all there
Great "local" spot. Prices are awesome. Food is huge portions. This is the type of place you rarely find anymore. Stay away from the big chains & give this place a shot. Just moved close & now this will be my regular hangout.
Great service, food was amazing and BIG portions
